These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products, services, and content provided by Daily Solutions, including but not limited to live classes, digital products, bonus tools, and all associated materials (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. Class Access and Replay Policy
When you purchase access to a class hosted by Daily Solutions, you will receive admission to the live session(s), a replay recording, a written transcript, and any listed bonuses. If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the full replay and associated materials. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and check your email for confirmation, access instructions, or updates.
2. Bonuses and Digital Tools
Some Services may include bonus content such as custom GPT tools (e.g., “Harry the Home Repair Assistant” and “Rhonda the Recipe Builder”). These tools are intended for educational and informational use only and are provided “as is.” Access to such tools may require a third-party account (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus) and is subject to availability and platform limitations. Daily Solutions is not responsible for changes to third-party services or platforms that affect access to these tools.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Services, no refunds will be issued once the class has begun or once access to materials has been provided. If you experience technical issues or cannot access the Services you purchased, you may contact Daily Solutions for support and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
4. Pricing and Promotional Offers
The Services may be offered at a promotional launch rate of $47 USD. This price is valid only during the live event period and for those who register prior to the completion of the live sessions. After this period, the price will increase to $97 USD. Daily Solutions reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with or without notice, but such changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, written text, visual assets, class structure, and custom GPT tools are the exclusive intellectual property of Daily Solutions. By purchasing or accessing any Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the materials without prior written permission from Daily Solutions.
6. Use of AI Tools and Limitations
Daily Solutions does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of AI tools or the application of class materials. The Services are intended to demonstrate how AI can assist in everyday tasks and decision-making, but users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs from AI systems before relying on them in personal, professional, or public settings. Daily Solutions is not liable for any action taken or omitted based on the use of AI tools presented in the Services.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully and professionally with the instructor and any other participants during live classes. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, offensive language, or refusal to follow platform guidelines (such as Zoom policies), may result in removal from the session without refund.
8. Disclaimer
All information and materials provided through the Services are for educational purposes only. Nothing in the Services should be construed as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, and your success depends on your own actions and application of the content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Solutions and its affiliates, instructors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the Services, or from any content therein. The total liability of Daily Solutions for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Services.
10. Modifications to Terms
Daily Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
